Please note that we accept our reservations 48 hours in advance off the actual required service. Please contact us for reservations on short term notice. We will endeavor to accommodate your request.

Every effort will be made to have the requested vehicle available at time of dispatch of your booking. In the event that the requested vehicle is not available we will dispatch a matching vehicle. **(Please note at the ‘Additional Notes’ if a matching vehicle is acceptable for your reservation)**
TEMPORARY INTERNATIONAL ARRIVAL/PICKUP OPTION:
Now with the current airport reconstruction, there is limited space for Premium pickup at Door 11, Terminal building.
We will ‘Meet & Greet’ in the arrival hall, but the airport has allocated a limited amount of parking spots at the Terminal Door 11 which we can use for a NZ$30.00 (incl tax) extra per pickup.
That means a 2 minute (covered) walk to the vehicle.
Otherwise it’s about a 12 minute partly uncovered walk to the vehicle.

‘ADDITIONAL TRIP DETAILS’
Please write: Requesting door 11 pickup at NZ$30.00 (*incl tax) per transfer.
If you choose this option, NZ$30.00 will be added to your reservation total.
